sunlight is
flashing, playing light effects on the reflections in his mind
He used to
wonder if this life could have a plan
are we just
muppets or did our actions bring us here?
Sometimes
you just get sick of looking for an answer to your doubts
Looks down
from the top of the world trying to get the sense
He waits
for the wind to make him fly away
from here -
for good
Simon’s
still playing, trying to recognize what’s real from what was just a dream
to get if
what he’s hearing is an echo of his thoughts or if it’s just the wind
He used to
rely on a chance for better days
He even
believed that love could pave the way
no matter
your believes when you just feel your hopes won’t make a change
